Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
As part of our Technology team, you will work alongside the Technology project delivery teams to provide hands-on advice and support on technology projects to ensure they are aligned, coordinated, and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be responsible for delivering a highly efficient and effective programme and project coordination service.
Effectively a champion of the programme management system, practices, and principles.
Ko koe tenei | About you
Tertiary qualified in Business Management, Programme Management or similar, you will bring 2 to 3 years' experience in Programme Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar.
Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment would be ideal, as well as experience working in the start-up and initiation phases of programmes.
Our ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate:
An excellent knowledge and understanding of Programme and Project Management disciplines
A high level of commercial acumen
Strong organisational skills
A high degree of resilience and able to work autonomously
A collaborative working style
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Intermediate proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
Problem identification, analysis and resolution
Excellent report creation skills including dashboards, pivot tables etc.
