What you'll be doing: Acting as a friendly liaison for clients—understand their needs and exceed their expectations.Assisting in planning and managing projects with a focus on execution and delivery.Resolving client inquiries and issues creatively and efficiently.Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.Providing regular updates and detailed reports on project status.Conducting follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.Supporting new clients with smooth onboarding and training.
