Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Project and Administrative Coordinator to work across our growing group of companies. This diverse role will suit a proactive individual with strong administrative, project management, and business development capabilities. With flexible hours (20+ hours per week) and a combination of remote and on-site work in Kerikeri. This role is ideal for a local professional seeking a flexible, impactful position with potential to grow their role within the organisation. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of property projects, asset management, and concierge service initiatives. Administrative Support: Maintain organisational documentation, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth office operations. Business Development: Support business growth activities, including identifying new client opportunities, assisting with proposal preparation, and nurturing client relationships. Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and implementing digital outreach strategies across platforms. Client Engagement: Foster strong client relationships, providing professional, timely communication and ensuring excellent client experiences across services. Qualifications and Experience Background in Project Management, Project Administration, Business Development, and/or Sales.
