Job Description Commencing from November 2024 - up to approx. 6 months term.
What You'll Do:
Data entry, scanning and filing.
Management and creation of purchase orders.
Maintain and manage office supplies and consumables.
Collection of project materials and supplies upon request.
Coordinate servicing of vehicles and movement of project assets.
Liaise with suppliers.
Maintain accurate and up to date reporting and documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a similar role or related field.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software applications.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable and punctual.
Approachable, personable team player with a can-do attitude.
Full NZ Driver's License, class 1.
