Project administrator required to join this award-winning construction company, providing support to the projects delivery team.
Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager & Site Managers to deliver on budget and time High level of administration & organizational capability Commercial experience with use of Procore highly desirable Assist the Senior Project Manager providing administrative support to the project team Track project progress & update project schedules & end of month reports. Maintain accurate & up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits & project general documentation. Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, & taking minutes. Liaise with subcontractors & suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Degree qualified or relevant experience Proven track record on Commercial or Residential projects Minimum 2 years' experience in the Construction industry Use of CMMS software in particular Procore a big advantage Please note - You must have NZ Citizenship or residency in place to be considered for this role.
A strong background in administration support and experience in the building industry will be a big advantage along with a friendly, professional disposition and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure are essential. Timeliness, initiative, and attention to detail are equally important, as well as strong organizational skills, technical ability and a willing attitude. This role is often demanding and busy, so flexibility is important along with the ability to work in a team.
