In this role, you will work closely with strategic business leaders, operational owners, and delivery teams to ensure an integrated approach that reflects a wide range of business needs.Reporting to our Head of Portfolio – Major Remediation and New Assets your key responsibilities will include:Lead the development of high-quality business cases options that enable timely and informed investment decision making and a clear investment story.Integrated programme planning and delivery that reflects the scale, scope and complexity of change and establishes a vision for investment for the business and delivery teams.Build constructive relationships across all levels of the business and with external partners.Develop portfolio specific programme management and governance models that deliver efficiency and value.You will be based in Hamilton or Auckland and be willing to travel as required.About you | Moe koeWe are looking for a strategic and big-picture thinker who has extensive experience delivering large scale, complex programmes in a multifaceted business that have a significant capital investment component. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and known for your ability to bring structure and clarity to complex concepts and for being able to adapt to changing needs.
