We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Programme Manager to drive the delivery of a programme designed to enhance productivity in New Zealand's manufacturing sector.
About the Role
As a Programme Manager, you'll engage with industry leaders, play a pivotal role in programme development, and expand your network within New Zealand's business support environment.
Reporting to the Head of Advanced Manufacturing, you will lead initiatives that enhance productivity in New Zealand's manufacturing sector. You will:
Manage and deliver programme elements on time and within budget.
Facilitate workshops and webinars, engaging industry leaders and participants.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the programme.
Cultivate relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Collect and analyse feedback to improve programme effectiveness.
About You
You will have:
Strong understanding or interest in manufacturing productivity and operational efficiency.
Minimum 5 years in programme or project management, ideally in manufacturing.
Experience in event management and workshop facilitation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Relevant qualifications in business, management, manufacturing, or a related field.
Certification in programme or project management is advantageous but not a must.
