It is made up of both infrastructure and technology projects, the combination of which will provide more travel choices with a focus on higher occupancy modes and more effective freight movement.This complex, high profile and ambitious Programme requires a Programme Manager with strong leadership and excellent communication skills to join our team and deliver AT's strategic outcomes.As a recognised subject matter expert in Programme Management, you will bring:15+ years extensive Programme delivery experienceMinimum 5 years experience in a leadership roleA relevant tertiary qualification and/or MSP or equivalent industry recognised qualificationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levelsExperience of leading large cross functional teamsA good understanding and appreciation of the workings and functions of local government, including current and future business drivers and statutory requirementsA high level of resilience and persistence with the ability to manage challenging, ambiguous and complex issues logicallyAt AT, we embrace inclusion and fully support building a diverse workplace where people come first and we feel safe, respected, valued and supported, regardless of our differences.
