Programme Lead

We have a 12-month fixed term contract for a skilled Programme Lead for a remuneration equity project.  Taking responsibility for the scoping, business case development, recommendation and design of change communication strategy. 

Key deliverables will also include stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and the project management of the implementation of equitable pay practices across the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR, and the senior leadership team to ensure transparency, compliance, and long-term sustainability of remuneration equity.

Phase two of the Programme is the project management of the selection and implementation of an HRIS system.

About you: Proven experience leading programmes or projects related to remuneration equity, payroll, or HR compliance. Strong understanding of NZ Employment Law/ Employee Relations. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across multiple teams and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in change management, especially in HR-related projects.
