Connexis is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to fill the role of Programme Development and Delivery Lead.
As the driving force behind our innovative approach to designing, developing, and delivering educational programs, you will play a pivotal role in creating a pathway for learners and aligning with the needs of employers.

Key Responsibilities: Co-create programs to build a skilled infrastructure workforce across multiple sectors.
Ensure programs meet learner needs, employer requirements, and NZQA approval.
Create and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners.
Represent Connexis at NZQA and WDC, ensuring stakeholder needs are addressed.
Collaborate with education providers and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance.
Apply best practices to maintain high standards in program development and delivery.
Experience reviewing education programmes and products and making programme changes to be submitted to NZQA for approval is preferred.
We have two full-time, fixed-term positions until December 2025.
We are flexible on your location offering remote work as a viable option.
