Programme Coordinator at Health Quality & Safety Commission, AucklandFull time | Fixed term till 30 June 2025 | Auckland Note: due to a high volume of applications, the deadline for applications will close early on Monday 25 November 2024 We are looking for a Programme Coordinator at Te Tahu Hauora.
About the role This varied role would suit someone with strong coordination/administration experience who brings a pro-active approach and outstanding customer service.
As the Programme Coordinator, you would support the National Mortality Review Group and the Mental Health and Addiction programme teams with their administrative and project coordination duties.
This is an Auckland based role, with the ability to work from home some days a week as agreed with the manager.
This position is fixed term until June 2025 as the Mental Health and Addiction programme will wrap before being transferred over to Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, while determining the ongoing need for additional support to the National Mortality Review Group.
About you To be successful in this role, you would need to have the following attributes:
Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in managing schedules, organising meetings and maintaining records.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.The capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Proficiency in using office software including Microsoft Office suite, Zoom and other relevant tools and platforms.Strong interpersonal skills, a good level of resilience, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.The ideal candidate would be able to start Monday 6 January 2025 or earlier by negotiation.
