Auckland University of Technology Library | Part-time, fixed-term position to December 2025
Te Matapuna Library & Learning Services are seeking a Programme and Project Administrator for a part-time fixed term position based at the city campus. This position is for 15 hours each week, but these hours are flexible. The position will report to the Senior Manager, Learning and Academic Engagement starting in January 2025.
In this position you will:
create, update and maintain workshop spreadsheets, booking, and teaching calendars in support of two student and staff facing teams
schedule and troubleshoot any issues with workshops bookings
create, document and maintain admin processes and systems
For this position you will have:
experience in general administrative work, preferably in an educational environment
knowledge of and experience in using a range of software to perform administrative and scheduling processes, such as MS Excel, Microsoft booking forms, Outlook calendars
excellent organisational and time management skills
self-direction and be able to work effectively without close supervision
a systematic, practical approach and attention to detail
This is a fixed-term part-time position. You must be eligible to work in NZ to be considered.

Salary Range: $53,500 - $55,300 (dependent on experience and qualifications) - pro rata
