We're seeking a Programme Coordinator to join a dynamic Transformation Office.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring programme success by providing top-notch coordination, analysis, and support across a variety of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Manage programme risks, issues, and governance with robust controls and clear actions.Prepare and track reports, agendas, and decisions for governance meetings.Document and circulate meeting outcomes, maintaining an audit trail.Monitor and report on timelines, budgets, and milestones.Create dashboards for milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials.Support financial forecasting and cost tracking with tools like Power BI.Handle procurement tasks, including purchase orders and vendor liaison.Skills & Experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.Strong project lifecycle and financial management knowledge.Experience in risk, issue management, and transformation coordination.Excellent stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail with proven performance under pressure.Culture
