Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for programme management and quality control? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Programme and Quality Manager to join our Tasman team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing both operational programmes and ensuring high standards of quality control across our projects.
As a dual-function role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager. This role will be instrumental in managing our three-month rolling operational programme, your responsibilities will include developing and managing the operational programme, conducting quality assurance reviews, overseeing corrective actions to maintain our high standards of performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Also Include
Build and manage the three-month rolling programme, from drafting and approval to task completion and closure.
Implement and oversee quality control systems, conduct regular audits and reviews, and manage corrective actions to ensure compliance with Downer's quality standards.
Utilise and adhere to quality management systems, ensure compliance with Downer's project management standards, and provide solutions for non-compliance.
Coordinate and measure effective planning within a programme environment and manage monthly financial and operational reporting.
Actively participate in planning and collaboration with the Operations team, becoming the key point of contact for programming and planning queries.

Skills
You will have exceptional proactive planning skills and a proven track record in developing detailed programmes for civil engineering or infrastructure projects. As well as:
A formal qualification in project or programme management, such as CAPM, PMP Certification, or Prince2 Practitioner, would be highly preferred.
Experience in an operational project management environment and a strong customer focus for delivering cost-effective solutions.
A passion for programming that improves understanding, capability, and improved time and cost related outcomes for projects.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and positively with internal and external stakeholders.
