Key responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of staff.
Reviewing and recording any variations to contracts, programs and services
Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, services provided, and persons affected
Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, and services provided
Liaising with site managers and operation managers etc to ensure that goals are met
Advising management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders
Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken to provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to management
Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained, communicating with customers, and handling customer complaints.
Other tasks as appropriate.
Experience/qualifications required:
Minimum 1 years' experience as a supervisor/team leader in waterproofing and underfloor heating installation
Diploma (or above) in Business/Management/Project Management
Class 1 (or equivalent) driver's license
Site Safety Passport – Building Construction

Employment is permanent and for a minimum of 33 hrs a week
Shifts are between 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday
Pay rate offered is $32 to $34 per hour depending on experience
