This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team, and all certainly within a cohesive, team-based environment.ResponsibilitiesOperating metal folding, roll form and pressing machinesManufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirementsGeneral housekeeping activitiesCollaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as requiredContribute to toolbox and team meetingsStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentAbout YouExperience in a factory/production environment, operating manufacturing machineryEffective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needsStrong work ethic and a can-do attitudeAble to work at pace within a team or at times individuallyA commitment to producing quality productsWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceAny experience gained using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and folders would be preferred, but is not essentialWhilst manufacturing is our foundation, our team is our future.
