A terrific opportunity has become available for a Production Team Member based at our Rotorua manufacturing plant.
This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team, and all certainly within a cohesive, team-based environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirements General housekeeping activities Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required Contribute to toolbox and team meetings Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Experience in a factory/production environment, operating manufacturing machinery Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually A commitment to producing quality products Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace Any experience gained using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and folders would be preferred, but is not essential Whilst manufacturing is our foundation, our team is our future.
