We provide a unique experience that we want you to be a part of.As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:Welcoming customersManaging escape gamesSetting up escape game roomsHandling queries via phone and emailCarrying out administration related to the gamesInvoicingAssisting in the design of new experiencesAd hoc sales and marketing activitiesManaging Production AssistantsWe're looking for people who have experience in:Multi-tasking and managing day-to-day operations under time pressureWorking alone and on occasions managing a small teamUsing computers and basic applications with confidenceIf you have:A creative brainThe ability to solve puzzles and brain teasers – you must enjoy it too!Reliability and trustworthinessThis role could be your ESCAPE!In addition, you need a great sense of humour and patience. You must have a can-do attitude, be able to relate to all walks of life, and be self-motivated and self-managing.You will be working in a fun and professional environment, based in Motion Entertainment at Escape Masters. Our opening hours are Sun - Thu: 10 am - 10 pm and Fri - Sat: 10 am - 11 pm. We are looking for flexibility to work anytime between these hours based on a casual contract.We would like you to start as soon as possible.
