The Rolleston based branch is currently seeking a team lead to assist throughout our processing plant.
We are looking for a motivated, fit individual who is wanting to work in a fast-paced environment
You will be a natural at building effective working relationships and engaging team members to ensure the operations run efficiently.
You will also have a clear understanding of the importance of food hygiene and safety and are committed to achieving high standards of health and safety for all of our team.
The successful candidate will:
Have proven people leadership skills
Be able to work flexible hours
Collaborating with the supervisor and Quality Assurance team for continuous improvement
Have a good attendance record & attitude
Have a strong H&S and food safety background Knowledge of processes and SOP's
You will need to have the right to work in New Zealand and to be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
