The Rolleston based branch is currently seeking a team lead to assist throughout our processing plant.
We are looking for a motivated, fit individual who is wanting to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a natural at building effective working relationships and engaging team members to ensure the operations run efficiently.
You will also have a clear understanding of the importance of food hygiene and safety and are committed to achieving high standards of health and safety for all of our team.
The successful candidate will:
Have proven people leadership skills.
Be able to work flexible hours.
Collaborate with the supervisor and Quality Assurance team for continuous improvement.
Have a good attendance record & attitude.
Have a strong H&S and food safety background.
Knowledge of processes and SOPs.
Have the right to work in New Zealand and be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing.
