About the Role
Provide leadership for the team on shift by:
Leading and developing the health and safety culture.
Setting and achieving production priorities with an emphasis on production efficiency, throughput, and status reporting.
Contributing to and implementing continuous improvement of the shift.
Engaging with the team on the shop floor to solve issues.
About You
Supervisory history.
Experience in a manufacturing/operations environment.
Effective communication skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Good leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures.
Computer literate.
