About the role Provide leadership for the team on shift Leading and developing the health and safety culture Setting and achieving production priorities with the emphasis on production efficiency, throughput, and status reporting Contribute and implement continuous improvement of shift Will lead by engaging with the team on the shop floor and work with them to solve issues About you Supervisory history Effective communication Good leadership/people management Excellent understanding of health/safety procedures Computer Literate You will enjoy working for a business that is conscious about what we do, how it operates and our impact on the environment.
