Production Manager

Want to escape the daily grind of your current role? We have the key to unlock your potential as the new Production Manager for ESCAPE MASTERS, Rotorua. We are a young, dynamic company going from strength to strength in New Zealand.
The aim of the game is to escape from a themed room before the time is up. To escape, players need to find clues and solve unique puzzles. Our product is different, challenging, and fun. We provide a unique experience that we want you to be a part of.
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
Welcoming customers
Managing escape games
Setting up escape game rooms
Handling queries via phone and email
Carrying out administration related to the games
Invoicing
Assisting in the design of new experiences
Ad hoc sales and marketing activities
Managing Production Assistants
We're looking for people who have experience in:
Multi-tasking and managing day-to-day operations under time pressure
Working alone and on occasions managing a small team
Using computers and basic applications with confidence
If you have:
A creative brain
The ability to solve puzzles and brain teasers – you must enjoy it too!
Reliability and trustworthiness
This role could be your ESCAPE!
In addition, you need a great sense of humour and patience. You must have a can-do attitude, be able to relate to all walks of life, and be self-motivated and self-managing.
You will be working in a fun and professional environment, based in Motion Entertainment at Escape Masters. Our opening hours are Sun - Thu: 10 am - 10 pm and Fri - Sat: 10 am - 11 pm. We are looking for flexibility to work anytime between these hours based on a casual contract.
We would like you to start as soon as possible.
