Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our operations and ensure smooth workflow and material management at our Penrose site. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our fabrication division by collaborating with the Fabrication Team Leader to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring all projects meet customer requirements and deadlines.

Role Description
Based in Penrose, in this busy and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for leading the fabrication team and improving the overall efficiency of the production facility. The role will work across, deliver and manage the areas of production, planning, scheduling and collaborating with the other divisions to deliver on projects.
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong engineering experience and ideally you are already an experienced Production Manager, who is looking to be part of a growing organisation. You will need to display effective leadership competencies, but just as important, you have real drive and the initiative to make a difference. You will need to be hands-on and lead from the front.
