Job Description About the role We are looking for a Production Manager to join the team at our Auckland Ice Cream plant in East Tamaki. You will be reporting to the Site Manager
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing leadership to a team of 50+ across two shifts Ensuring that H&S and Food Quality standards are followed and improved Motivating and developing the team to perform at a high level Identifying and implementing improvements and instilling a culture of continuous improvement Managing the engineering team Qualifications Who are you? You are a self-starter looking for a new adventure. You have a positive attitude, enjoy working hard and are honest, reliable, and willing to learn.
For this role, you'll need: 5+ years' experience in a red-line food manufacturing environment Experience of running multiple shift operations Proven understanding of lean principles Evidence of the ability to lead and motivate a team
