With seventeen manufacturing departments housed in one facility, we have the technology, techniques, and talented crew to tackle almost any creative brief.From engineering to woodwork. Textiles to paint. Mold-making to model-making. 3D milling and casting, to sword-smithing and sculpture. For our manufacture crew, traditional handcraft walks hand in hand with innovative technology on all our projects.We're looking for a Production Manager to oversee all aspects of projects, from very early stages through to post-delivery – helping ensure our product is delivered on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of our clients.This role is responsible for:Client/account managementWorking with the project team to plan, execute, and deliver a wide variety of project typesProviding key information to ensure accurate quoting for jobsDeveloping project briefs, schedules and budgets – and tracking themMonitoring margin targetsProject reporting and keeping stakeholders informed.You can find out more about the day to day aspects of the role in ourjob description here . We're looking for someone with:Experience in production management, or strong project/account management experiences and the ability to transfer their skills to a manufacturing environment. An understanding of the manufacturing process is preferable.You'll be able to prioritise your time well (you may be involved with multiple projects at once), be capable of managing a lot of information while maintaining attention to detail, and have the ability to organise yourself and other people well.Strong communication skills, and the ability to communicate to a wide audience both in writing and verbally, are a must.Things change quickly here, so we need someone who is proactive, has a lot of initiative and can work collaboratively to see projects through to completion.
