Join our team as a full time Production Kitchen Assistant in our Remuera/Orakei-based Production Kitchen (right next to the Orakei train station) where you will work on preparing and assembling a range of products and recipes under the guidance of the Production Manager and Assistant Manager. This is a full-time role working 30 hours a week from Friday to Monday, as a part of our morning team 6am to 2pm. What we are looking for: A good understanding of food, and food-preparationCommercial kitchen experience and knife handling skills - minimum of 1 year experienceGood eye for detail, high standards, and self-drivenAbility to follow recipes proficientlyClean and tidy work habitsA good understanding of H&S and Food Safety practicesWhat do we offer?
