Production And Inventory Analyst

Your new role
Your new role will be split into 5 main components: Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production and prevent out-of-stock situations. Tasks include managing various types of receipts, checking production summaries, supporting warehouse receipt, maintaining stock management system (MEX), managing dispensary stock, handling item re-classifications, and mitigating production and inventory risks.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyse and forecast production and inventory data, and prepare regular reports on metrics and KPIs for management review.
Continuous Improvement:
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Support:
Assist the IT Systems and Data Manager with administrative tasks and problem-solving.
Health & Safety:
Work safely, participate in safety initiatives, follow company policies and site rules, and communicate with the Manager regarding safety matters.
What you'll need to succeed Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modelling.
Experience with software tools such as Excel, ERP (MS Dynamics NAV)
Experience with inventory management software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and negotiate with suppliers.
