Management (Information & Communication Technology) Full time Sprout People is partnering with Switched On Group in the search for a Product Support and Development Manager. This role is critical for driving the success of the Salesforce ERP implementation, transitioning the project to BAU, and ensuring Switched On's continuous digital evolution.
We are looking for a senior leader with extensive technical application, SDLC, and project management experience. This position isn't about diving into the day-to-day tasks but about providing strategic oversight, forming and evolving processes, and ensuring methodologies are followed to support your team's success. You'll also be expected to offer hands-on support when necessary, but your primary responsibility will be guiding and mentoring your team to meet their objectives and deliver results.
