Product Support Assistant

What you'll be doing?We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Product Support Assistant to join our Product Support team. You will assist in inventory management ranging from stock receive, sales floor stock replenishment, reverse logistics management and delivery of goods to customers. You will partner with the Product Support Coordinator to ensure every assignment is done smoothly and in a timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular replenishment of products on sales floor under instructionFollow-up on Price Change Notification (PCN) report; print and replace relevant price tag for affected productsRotate products in accordance with rotation guidelinesConsolidate damaged goods from sales floors for Product Support Team Lead to update on defective toolsDeliver goods to customers in line with location service and facilities offeredAssist in distribution of paper bags and other suppliesSupport other clerical works when necessaryIdeal CandidateSecondary School, High School or equivalent1-2 years' experience in logistics or related industryValid driver's licenseGood problem solver and possess a positive attitudeAble to perform repetitive assemble and loading work in a fast-paced work environmentAble to perform defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) in a timely mannerAble to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business #J-18808-Ljbffr
