We're seeking a Product Specialist to join our team, reporting to the Enterprise Product Specialist Chapter Lead. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering top-tier products and services to both channel partners and customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with foundational product knowledge and a background in telecommunications to collaborate with industry leaders and help deliver impactful solutions to businesses across New Zealand.
Ko to mahi – what you'll do Understand the Enterprise product catalogue and roadmap within your portfolio.
Optimise customer onboarding and support journeys whilst ensuring alignment with baseline processes.
Manage Go to Market content creation.
Produce quality training material focusing on digital and self-service channels.
Train and raise awareness on new products and services we deliver.
Act as the liaison for support and enablement channels within the wider company.
Na tou rourou - what you'll bring You will have an agile mindset with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Be customer first driven, always looking to create great customer experiences.
You will be unafraid of thinking outside the box, embracing a try and learn mentality.
Ideally have experience within the Telecommunication industry and be familiar with our products.
Network experience and exposure to WAN deployments, SASE and related managed services would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must.
You identify as a proactive, self-motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and pride yourself on your ability to work independently without constant supervision.
