Requirements: Professional experience in Product Management.
Proven ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
Passion for understanding and considering the end-to-end customer journey.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with multiple constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present arguments in a well-structured, data-informed manner.
Autonomy in querying and extracting insights from available data, leaving the technical implementation to the data team.
Ability to maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports that track progress towards goals.
Coordination skills to manage the start-to-finish product journey.
Curiosity and an open mindset towards different problem-solving approaches.
Maturity to recognise when technical solutions or emerging trends can be relevant to the challenges at hand.
