The Role:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the viability of products and delivering value that serves customers while meeting business needs. You will play a key role as an enabler and active contributor to the discovery and delivery work of product teams. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will have the opportunity to shape the product roadmap and promote initiatives that have a significant impact on both our customers and organisation.
Responsibilities:
Understand the problems customers face and align product objectives accordingly.
Collaborate with subject matter experts throughout the organisation to gather insights and inform product ideas.
Prioritise problem-solving initiatives that will have the greatest impact on our customers.
Measure success and failure against objectives, using data-driven insights to guide future work.
Champion the product vision and ensure the product addresses the most important customer needs.
Facilitate and actively participate in product team activities, providing valuable contributions.
Requirements:
Professional experience in Product Management.
Proven ability to engage constructively and collaboratively with engineers, designers, and company leaders.
Passion for understanding and considering the end-to-end customer journey.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with multiple constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present arguments in a well-structured, data-informed manner.
Autonomy in querying and extracting insights from available data, leaving the technical implementation to the data team.
Ability to maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports that track progress towards goals.
Coordination skills to manage the start-to-finish product journey.
Curiosity and an open mindset towards different problem-solving approaches.
Maturity to recognise when technical solutions or emerging trends can be relevant to the challenges at hand.
