Product Discovery Analyst

Opportunity to be part and contribute to success as part of the customer journey! Reporting to the Digital Journeys Lead and work across two squads with product owners, designers, engineers, and testers. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end tagging, tracking and dashboard development for sales, service and experience.

The Role:

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure a seamless website and application experience

Design and optimise reporting dashboards

Perform A/B testing digital experience

Engage with internal and external customers and make recommendations

Support in roadmap planning

Ideal Person:

Experience working with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Smartlook

Industry experience in Saas products, Media or eCommerce

Proven digital analytics experience

Effective communication skills and high attention to detail
