Product Business Manager - Field Technology What's the job? You'll provide overall product leadership for our premium range of on-board, off-board, and precision farming systems and will develop and implement a strategy that ensures the rollout of new technology meets supplier requirements while also being feasible for our dealers to adopt. Other key responsibilities include: Managing the relationship with factories and suppliers in Europe (with occasional travel there, too), handling supplier negotiation, and providing the latest in-field updates. Assessing product specifications to ensure we have the right technology in place at the right time and price point to satisfy customer demand. Project managing the rollout of new technology across the network with a particular focus on change management. Continuously reviewing pricing to ensure optimum profitability and improved market share. Keeping up to date with competitor activity, particularly surrounding price, product availability, and product specifications. Providing national support across our network and customer base to maximize sales. What's in it for you?
