You will establish supplier agreements for products on customer accounts and manage supplier and procurement processes for allocated accounts.We are looking for an experienced Product Account Manager, who is confident with business-to-business sales and most importantly hunting for new opportunities with the strong backing of the Datacom brand in the IT Product Solutions space. You'll be a superstar in uncovering new opportunities and building long term customer relationships with a customer centric attitude.What you'll bringExpert product and industry knowledge.Product knowledge across major hardware and software vendors.An excellent understanding of the business requirements/IT deliverables demanded by the client(s).Appreciation of the value/importance of the account.Strong understanding of Account Management techniques and disciplinesStrong financial management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs and overall profitabilityProven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive abilityWhat you'll doEnsuring complete customer satisfaction when dealing with their allocated accounts and the organisation.Formulating, implementing, and managing strategic business plans regarding client accounts to achieve sales revenue and quota targets.Revenue, growth, productivity and profit for the entire portfolio, and facilitating growth and penetration of the customer's contract.Managing negotiations between the organisation, the client and any third-party organisations involved.Collaborating with sales and support groups to demonstrate value of support offering to client and identify opportunities for expanded support business.Conducting product demonstrations (where applicable) and coordinating the preparation of sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans.Maintaining a level of product training and certifications to support client accountsWhy join us here at Datacom?
