Produce Manager - New World Halswell

An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Produce Department; we are looking for someone to join our leadership team as a Produce Manager.
New World Halswell is located in a competitive and growing suburb. We are seeking an innovative, dedicated, and passionate person with relevant experience to lead our Produce Department. This role would ideally suit someone in an existing leadership role, looking to take the next step in their career.
Days and hours for this position will be discussed at the interview.
Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure the Produce Department is presented to a very high standard at all times.Organise and lead the daily operations of the Produce Department.Provide engaging leadership for all members of your team.Plan the department's rosters and approve weekly time sheets.Work collaboratively with the Fresh Foods and Store Manager to achieve agreed financial KPI's.Build positive relationships with suppliers and sales reps.Ensure the produce team members are providing excellent customer service.Look for food trends and other ways to provide unique offerings to our customers.Implement our Food and Health and Safety requirements.The successful applicant will demonstrate the following key abilities: Relevant industry experience.A proven record of training and success.High levels of organisation and reliability.Flexibility to work additional days/hours when required.If you have an excellent work record and a high standard of performance and believe you have the drive to take our Produce department to a new level, then please apply giving details of experience and a current CV.
