As a department leader, you'll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community. As Produce Supervisor you will:Report into the Produce Manager, helping to ensure department targets and operational delivery standards are met or exceeded.Assist with ordering and buying for the Produce department, making sure range matches the format and customer requirements.Ensure the department is full, fresh and appealing throughout the hours of trade and that stock levels are controlled appropriately.Deputise for the Produce Manager as required.Ensure staff are well trained and motivated to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.What's in it for you:We'rein it together, we look after each other, back one another, communicate effectively, and work together as one winning team, every time.
