As a Procurement Contract Manager based at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll be responsible for managing sub-contracts within the Managed Equipment Service (MES) portfolio. You will work with a range of stakeholders to ensure value for Serco, while supporting the hospital's mission to provide leading healthcare.
As the Contract Manager in the MES team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Leading the management of MES contracts, including dispute resolution and KPI oversight
Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure subcontracts meet service and commercial needs
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and contract management plans
Managing supplier performance and relationships to deliver exceptional service
Collaborating with the Legal team to negotiate and manage subcontracts and variations
Driving continuous improvement in contract management processes

To be successful in this role you'll have:
3+ years of experience in contract or category management with high-value contracts
Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills
Expertise in stakeholder management and supplier performance management
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex issues
