Pure Petfoods NZ is a Twizel based company that was established to create a premium brand of raw pet food, using predominantly wild species, for both the domestic and export market. Our aim is to produce premium products for customers who want to feed the best natural, sustainable, and fully traceable ingredients to their pet. About the Role
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be part of a team executing the work plan. As it's a small team, there is a variety of tasks involved including bandsaw operation, skinning, mincing, blending, packing, and clean up. You will receive full training in each task and will ensure health and safety policies and procedures are followed. We run electronic software for all raw materials, production, inventory, and sales, so training, development, and experience in this area is available and desirable for the applicant to grow with this position.

The following are desirable but not essential as training can be provided:
Experience in food processing or primary industry.
NZQA units / New Zealand Certificate in Meat Processing / relevant qualifications.
First aid certificate.
Workplace health and safety stage 1.
