You'll lead a dedicated team of 16 - 20 Processing Officers and support them to ensure courier parcels and product is sorted to achieve performance targets. You'll also take ownership of the rostering, resourcing, and overall performance of the team.Our 'Safety Always' approach to health, safety and wellbeing of our people underpins all that we do and is core to our business. We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in injury prevention, early intervention and continuous improvement.
