Our friendly Financial Services team are seeking a Processing Support Officer for a fixed-term period ending 30 May 2025.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
Support the day to day operations of the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions to ensure that they are carried out to a high standard.
Working alongside, but also take the lead from the Accounts Payable Specialist and Team Leader - Processing, ensuring that the day to day processing of Invoices and Credits notes is completed accurate.
Prepare standard weekly/monthly Payment batches for review within required due dates.
Assist the Team Leader - Processing and Senior Rates Officer to collect debt within agreed timeframes.
Assist with the reconciliation and distribution of monthly customer statements.
What you will bring:
NCEA or equivalent to level 3 with passes in Mathematics and English as a minimum.
Account Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processing experience, in a similar size organisation.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Highly accurate with attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of IT software systems, including competency in MS Word and MS Excel and Powerpoint.
