We deliver bespoke transport solutions, including bulk storage and blending equipment, tailored to our clients' unique needs.What We OfferAn opportunity to shape the future of Regal through innovative improvements.The support of a collaborative senior leadership team, committed to fostering a positive and impactful workplace.A chance to work in a dynamic environment where your ideas and initiatives can make a real difference.In this role, you will be responsible for:Leading Regal's management team to maximise productivity, service levels, and quality across the value stream.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise workflows, reduce lead times, and eliminate inefficiencies.Building effective KPI reporting structures to drive performance and accountability.Cultivating a lean, high-performance culture that prioritises innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kanbans, and Constraint Theory.Optimise operational tasks and targets to support cost-effective output.Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions in collaboration with divisional managers.Oversee KPI management and daily reporting to track progress and ensure accountability.Lead waste minimisation initiatives and promote a continuous improvement culture.Actively contribute to staff training and development to foster a skilled and engaged workforce.Represent Regal Haulage professionally in external engagements to enhance the company's reputation and community presence.Key QualificationsProven experience in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimisation.Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, develop, and manage a dynamic team.Demonstrated experience in KPI management, reporting, and operational efficiency.Ability to work closely with senior leadership and embody the company's values of performance, accountability, and innovation.Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid NZ work visa.If this sounds like the opportunity you've been waiting for, apply today at ****** Now to join Regal Haulage as our Process Improvement Manager and take the lead in our journey toward operational excellence and a sustainable future!
