A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our Auckland branch for an ambitious person looking to progress their career in the financial services industry.About the role:Working alongside our highly successful Investment Advisers, the role of the Private Wealth Associate entails:Supporting the business growth of our experienced Investment AdvisersReviewing and analysing existing client portfoliosDaily portfolio monitoring and actionsAssisting with preparation of client proposals and recommendationsPreparing client reportsCo-ordinating the client review process on behalf of the AdvisersClient profiling and Investment Policy Statement productionProcessing order transactions from Advisers and order monitoringCollating research and other client communicationsClient relationship building and networking is also a component of this role and as such, you will assist with arranging and supporting the Advisers at functions and client networking events.About you:Ideally the successful candidate will be disciplined and keen to make their mark working for a highly successful firm. As such, you will have the following attributes:A tertiary degree in either Finance, Commerce, Business or a related fieldAt least three years' experience in a financial services environment or equivalentA sound understanding of market terminology and knowledge of industry regulationAn aptitude for complex IT systems and an excellent knowledge of MS Office products as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRMWell-developed data analysis experience with strong numerical skillsExcellent written and verbal skills in EnglishSelf-motivated and able to manage time and multi-task with the ability to handle deadlines and workload pressuresThe ability to learn new skills quickly and embrace new technology and systems.About the CompanyCraigs Investment Partners is a multi-award-winning investment advisory firm which is one of the largest in New Zealand.
