We are a private medical practice situated in the heart of Hamilton.
Our team of Specialists and receptionists provide a top level of personal care and attention for our patient base.
If you are organised, energetic, tech-savy and enjoy variety in your work with a great team then this is the job for you.
As this is a pivotal role, the successful candidate will ideally have:  A minimum of two years previous experience with reception/administration within a medical settingA good working knowledge with effective computer skillsGreat organisation skills with a high attention to detailA positive approach and a willingness to adapt in an ever-changing environmentExceptional customer service skills and phone mannerThe role is Monday to Friday, 8.00-5.00pm.
We are seeking to recruit a Medical Secretary in a  private practice at Surgeons on Clarence , HAMILTON.
The successful applicant will have: A commitment to delivering excellence in patient care.Attention to detail and a proactive approach.Excellent written and spoken communication.Outstanding professionalism, interpersonal skills and personal presentation.Ability to manage a variety of duties autonomously and efficiently.Experience in a medical field and Specialist Practice Management software may be of benefit, however training will be provided to the right candidate.Essential Criteria: At least 2 years administration/secretarial experience with accurate touch typing Duties include: Processing referrals from healthcare providers.Dealing with a range of patient enquiries.Liaising with other healthcare services.General administration and office duties.In return you will be offered: A very pleasant working environment.A competitive salaryA busy tight knit supportive team
