Private Housekeeper And Cook

We are a very busy couple running a thriving business and we have no time for cooking and cleaning at home. We are sick of doordash and living in an untidy house. We need someone who will basically step in to the role as something of an old-school housekeeper. Someone who can cook good old kiwi food like their grandmother and mother did and has a fastidious and meticulous approach to keeping a house.
We won't be home most days so you would be in sole charge of the place. The ideal situation would be that we arrive to a perfectly clean and tidy home at 5:30 to find dinner hot and waiting for us so we can eat, heave a breather and then head back to the office to continue working.
You would also need to do the shopping for the groceries, make the bed daily, handle laundry and cleaning and make the house feel like it is being lived in. 
We have no pets and no children. We are generally very tidy people we just have no time for life outside the business.
We want this to be a long term thing so we are very eager for someone who wants to be part of the extended family in a way. 
We envisage something like 4 hours on a Monday (roast dinner, sorting out the house after the weekend and doing some grocery shopping), and then 2 hours daily Tuesday – Friday inclusive. 
We are a home unanchored and we need an anchor! 
Fluent english is a must and NZ citizens and permanent residents only. You must have first-hand experience of the classic NZ lifestyle and food.
We are very private people and we would need you to maintain strict confidentiality about our home and lives.
