We have an opportunity for a Private Banking Manager to join our team based in Sylvia Park. This is an exciting opportunity for you to ensure we continue to provide exceptional personal service to a portfolio of new and existing ASB Private Banking customers and to drive portfolio growth. The Private Banking Manager role offers the chance to work with an interesting and stimulating portfolio within a supportive and engaged team.
O pukenga | About you:
You will focus on the provision of high-quality advice and service to ultimately ensure that ASB Private Banking remains first choice in meeting their customer's needs. We are looking for an experienced banker (10+ years), who has demonstrated:
Proven track record in managing high value clients who typically have complex financial needs, providing quality advice and delivering good customer outcomes
Business development skills and high-quality professional network
Stakeholder management
Ability to take ownership of any issues, influence and negotiate to achieve the desired outcomes for your customer
Understanding of financial markets
Ability to work independently and can take ownership of their tasks
Your extensive experience in providing financial products and services, business development and managing key stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. Your portfolio of clients typically has sophisticated and complex banking requirements hence we are seeking a person with the ability to offer appropriate solutions or connect with your network of ASB specialists to provide bespoke financial solutions.
Applicants will have to demonstrate successful relationship management background, be motivated to provide outstanding customer experiences and possess a sound understanding of Banking products and services.
