Pay range: $29.66 - $35/Hour
Days: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (with occasional weekends)
Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours, with standard hours of 45 hours/week

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Print Finisher to operate the equipment and help manage the smooth running of the finishing department. The machinery you'll operate includes guillotines, a Muller Martini Saddle Stitcher, Perfect Binder, Laminator, and Folders.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee print finishing equipment, ensuring quality control.
Meet daily KPIs and adhere to weekly production schedules.
Entering details into MIS system PrintIQ.
Maintain high standards of finishing for all printed materials.
Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform minor maintenance when necessary.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar print finishing role, specifically operating the mentioned machinery.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work efficiently in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of commercial offset sheetfed print and print finishing techniques.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations in the print industry.
Flexibility to work additional hours when production demands require.
