We are looking for a Principal Trustee (Branch Manager) for our Timaru Customer Centre. This is one of our busiest Customer Centres, and you will be responsible for providing leadership to a team of Trustees and Senior Trustees. Your role will involve supporting and implementing changes in the business as well as executing our strategic plan at a local level.
Your responsibilities will include motivating and leading the team to achieve revenue growth, business development, and exceeding customer satisfaction. You will also work on implementing company-wide developments and initiatives such as our culture of care and new ways of working.
We are seeking an excellent communicator with proven experience in coaching and mentoring a team. You should have over 5 years of experience in managing and administering trusts and estates.
Ko wai koe | About you Experience leading, motivating, and developing staff to achieve revenue growth and exceed customer satisfaction, including staff who are working remotely. 5+ years trustee/estate planning experience. Ability to manage customer relationships in emotionally challenging circumstances. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. A high standard of personal integrity, discretion, and tact, maintaining confidentiality.
