You'll work closely with the Manager – HR Advisory and another Principal in the team. The Advisory team are a neat bunch; it's a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is in band 19G, with a salary range of $127,257 - $168,302. Appointment will be based on individual experience. Ko ake mahi - What you'll do As a Principal HR Consultant, you will be involved in a range of work including: Preparation for upcoming bargaining with the PSA and ASMS Stakeholder engagement including with the PSC and PSA and our legal providers Providing advice and taking the lead on high-risk ER cases Provide technical advice and coaching to the Advisory team. Ko pukenga - What you'll bring Extensive senior or principal level HR experience within the public sector Experience in developing bargaining strategy and leading bargaining teams Experience with complex and high-risk ER cases.
